Our team was responsible for developing a product that enables the creation and modification of beverage orders from the brewery to vendors, distribution centers, and supermarkets. Our objective was to establish a centralized distribution system, as the previous process was manual and bureaucratic.
As the sole designer on the team, I faced the challenge of understanding the organizational and distribution scenarios, identifying impacted stakeholders, and their primary needs. After engaging in research and interaction, I began to design user flows and develop wireframes and prototypes, which I tested with users. I also contributed to the creation of our product's logo.
During our initial product meetings, I realized there was no clear understanding within the tech team regarding the stakeholders affected by our product and their roles. I initiated discussions with internal departments at the brewery involved in managing orders for redistribution channels and supermarkets.

Challenge: The distribution plan was manual, requiring analysts to update daily spreadsheets with order and inventory data—an error-prone and time-consuming process.
